How we met
We met in the church. We are both charismatic members and fortunately in the same ministry. We had the opportunity of doing things together and it was also a platform for me to study her without her knowing. Though I prayed before proposing to her, just to be sure that God was leading me.

Attraction
She used to be very radical in the ministry though caring and jovial. One of her outstanding qualities is reading people’s mood and offering assistance. That was what convinced me that she would make make a wonderful wife. I didn’t even know that who I was admiring in the secret was my missing rib.

HIV\AIDS Test
The moment we agreed to marry, we went for HIV test because it a rule in the church before any marriage could hold. I thank God the results were positive otherwise, there would have been problem.

Pre-marital sex
There was no pre-marital sex. As charismatic members, it is against the will of God and the rules guiding the charismatic community. Why would I be in a hurry to steal what I know will soon be mine.

Family consent
My family was so happy when I told them that I had found a wife. They embraced the news and encouraged me to go on.

He is a fine, tall young man with a long nose and finger nails. He has the height that I have ever wanted my man to have. When he proposed to me, I did not hesitate to accept because I have been telling God that I wanted a tall and handsome man with a good heart. Being in the same fellowship also helped me to know him to some extent. His gentleness and humility threw me off. When he came knocking at the door of my heart, I gladly and quickly opened it.

Favourite food
He likes to swallow and his favourite is ofe-owerri (Owerri Soup). Another one is beans and plantain.

Likes and dislikes
He likes obedience and humility and dislikes arrogance and pride.

Advice
I advice they should go into prayers because marriage comes with a lot of temptations. If God is leading you, He will not mislead you because the bible says that the gift of God makes a way and adds no sorrow.
